Learn to prepare and cook delicious but economical and healthy meals for you and your family using seasonal vegetables, meat and seafood. You will see how easy it is to utilise stir frying, steaming and deep frying techniques and learn to select the best meat, seafood and different ways of cutting meat. Fee includes all ingredients.

CAKE DECORATING: Drip Cake (September)

1 Saturday - On 8 September from 9am-4pm

Learn to level, layer, fill and cover a cake in ganache. Create a drip effect, chocolate sails and decorations to create a show stopping centrepiece (picture example only and 30 topper not included) Class size limited to 8 students. Students need to bring a cake and cake board.

Japanese Cooking Homestyle

This will encompass both traditional ‘washoku’ cuisine, ‘yoshoku’ foreign-influenced Japanese food, and food from Kansai region (Osaka/Kyoto area). Bring your chopsticks, and a container to take leftovers home in. This course has now been CANCELLED
