This course involves some hands-on practise on a smaller scale to allow you to learn the methods.

Dresden Plate Quilts occupy a remarkable place in quilting history because of their unique shape and their ability to use even the smallest scraps of fabric to make a balanced, orderly, eye-catching pattern. The pattern is still popular today, since all types of fabric can be combined together to produce a cheerful, pleasing quilt which brightens even the simplest of rooms. This Dresden plate is entirely machine stitched and uses a wedge template making this table runner avery quick and easy project. An ideal project to make in your favourite Christmas fabrics.

Relaxation through Crochet: Beginner Course

Crochet is a great activity that settles your mind and is relaxing too. Crochet and the repetitive movements help the brain make more serotonin, which helps to decrease feelings of depression.
