PILATES: Beginner (Wednesday evening)

This class is limited to 14 people FULL

Pilates is a blend of physical and mental workouts helping you to increase your flexibility and core strength, and improve your posture.

Please bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, an extra towel  and wear comfortable clothing.
