PILATES WEDNESDAY MORNING – Term 3
This class is limited to 25 people OPEN
This class is held at the Tawa Community Centre in Oxford Street. Pilates is a blend of physical and mental workouts helping you to increase your flexibility and core strength, and improve your posture. This class is suitable for all levels.
Please bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, an extra towel and wear comfortable clothing.
