TAI CHI: Intermediate

This is for those who had taken the Beginners Tai Chi course for two terms and would like to improve, refine and develop their physical knowledge about Tai Chi. This class will concentrate on contemporary hand forms. Tai Chi is an exciting, fun, exercise for your body and mind. This is the art and exercise that the Chinese have been practicing to keep healthy. flexible, balanced, active, sociable and youthful. For those who have attended Tai Chi before this is an opportunity to extend your skills and knowledge.
