This course will include different recipes to the Vietnamese Cooking course. Dishes will depend on seasonal availability of ingredients but likely to be lemongrass chicken rice, salad, beef PHO, new wraps and rolls.
Course fee includes ingredients, please bring a container to take food samples home in.
