Students will learn the basic cooking methods, spices, and general ingredients used in the Egyptian cuisine. They will be able to make authentic Egyptian sweets and savories pertaining to a range of food types including seafood, vegetarian/vegan dishes, celebration meals, and street food. All ingredients will be provided and students will have recipes to take home and cook for themselves.

Refund policy
Refund requests must be made in writing to the Co-ordinator. Prior to the course commencing, a 20% administration cost will be removed from the refund. No refund will be available 24 hours prior to the course starting or once the course has started. A full refund is available should the Coordinator cancel the course.
