What are the benefits?
Simple techniques for entering a meditative state
Two guided meditations
The tutor will bring a few meditation pyramids for those who would like the experience of sitting within one while meditation. Please bring a cushion if you would like to try this.
There will also be a short discussion about mindfulness and about channelling and how it could help with meditation.
No prior meditation experience if required, just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Refund requests must be made in writing to the Co-ordinator. Prior to the course commencing, a 20% administration cost will be removed from the refund. No refund will be available 24 hours prior to the course starting or once the course has started. A full refund is available should the Coordinator cancel the course.
