The menu will include dishes such as savoury pancakes, wraps, rolls noodle soups and rice noodle salads. 4 Thursday evenings - Starts on 13 March from 6 - 8pm This course will include different recipes to the Vietnamese Cooking course. Dishes will depend on seasonal availability of ingredients but likely to be lemongrass chicken rice, salad, beef PHO, new wraps and rolls. |
