8 Thursday nights - Starts on 17 October from 6.30 - 8.30pm THIS COURSE IS NOW FULL. This class is for people who are wanting to gain confidence with a sewing machine. And those just starting can work through a project making a shopping bag to introduce them to the sewing machine and sewing techniques.A condition of enrolment on this course is that you will attend at least 80% of the sessions. SEWING: CHRISTMAS PROJECTS for beginners
3 Wednesday nights - Starts on 16 October from 6.30 - 9pm UNFORTUNATELY THIS COURSE HAS BEEN CANCELLED This is a 3 week beginners course. It starts with learning to thread the sewing machine (including the bobbin). The aim is to make a variety of Christmas items giving you confidence with machine sewing and accurate top stitching. In the first week there will be 2 different Christmas tree decorations and in the following 2 weeks you can choose to make – Christmas mats, bunting and reusable Christmas bags. |
