Make some edible goodies that you can gift for Christmas. You will get the skills and the recipes so you can make more at home. On the day, you will make Coffee Chocolate Fudge, Shortbread Biscuits, Cranberry Gingerbread Granola and Rocky Road.

4 Tuesday nights - Starts on 4 November from 7-9pm

Learn to prepare a range of delicious Italian dishes, make your own pasta and sauces and an Italian dessert. Please bring a pasta machine if you have one, some will be provided. If you have dietary requirements please contact us to confirm that we can accommodate your needs, before you enrol.

TASTE INDIA - NEW GENERATION

4 Monday evenings - Starts 6 October from 6 - 8pm

In this course enjoy new flavor, New recipes. indulge in creating amazing dishes. How about making your own poppadom's from scratch. Cheese with Broccoli Tikki's, Bhuna Gosh (Lamb cooked Twice), Spicy Pork with Mango Salsa, Prawn or Chicken Jalfrezi, Hard boiled Eggs in Mughlai Sauce, Vegetable dahl with coconut, Carrot, Apricot and Raisin Pilau, Roti Chanai (flaky Pastry), Onion Paratha.

TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS MEAL (How to make)

This will be a demonstration class. It will include roast potatoes, honey roasted vegetables, glazed ham, lamb, gravy and Trifle. The class will finish with Christmas lunch.

VIETNAMESE COOKING

4 Thursday nights - Starts on 9 October from 6-8pm

These dishes can be enjoyed for any meal and will be taught by a Vietnamese chef with a passion for authentic cooking. The menu will include dishes such as savoury pancakes, wraps, rolls noodle soups and rice noodle salads. (This course is not suitable for vegetarians)

VIETNAMESE COOKING - More Tastes

4 Thursday evenings - Starts on 6 November from 6 - 8pm

This course will include different recipes to the Vietnamese Cooking course. Dishes will depend on seasonal availability of ingredients but likely to be lemongrass chicken rice, salad, beef PHO, new wraps and rolls.
